Tasting Notes

Nose

Immediately took me back to school days, sniffing a bottle of UHU glue (note: don’t do that at home, kids). Some notes of eggnog, freshly grated nutmeg, and flambéed bananas.

Palate

That eggnog note continues: creamy, sweet, a bit boozy. There’s a touch of wood spice, vanilla syrup, coconut, and banana.

Finish

Medium length, with a good balance of sweet and spice.

I’m intrigued by this — there’s something nostalgic for me about this, and I wonder if others will feel the same?
